Book ahead

Appointments usually book 2–4 weeks out, depending on the season and groomer. Earlier openings sometimes come up but can't be guaranteed.

48-hour cancellation

Please give 48 hours' notice to cancel or change. Late changes may add a $26.25 fee to your next appointment.

Arrive on time

Dogs are groomed at their appointment time, so we can't take dogs early. Drop-off or pickup more than 1 hour outside your appointment adds a $26.25 kennelling fee.

Reactive dogs

New clients booking with Jesse start with a 30-minute consultation. A behavioural surcharge may apply, assessed case by case.
