Jesse has been grooming for 9 years and specializes in reactive, aggressive and special-needs dogs. He joined Kayenna when it was a single room with one grooming table and helped build it into the spa it is today.
What sets Jesse apart is the time he takes to understand where a dog's reactivity comes from, with the goal of easing the fear and anxiety that can come with handling and grooming. Jesse has a reactive dog of his own, and knows first-hand how much it matters to have people who understand your dog.
Jesse is also experienced in show grooms, hand stripping, breed cuts and pet cuts, and loves sharing knowledge with other groomers and with pet parents who want to do more grooming care at home.
New clients booking with Jesse start with a 30-minute consultation to see whether your dog needs his specialist care. Bookings with Jesse may include a behavioural surcharge, assessed case by case.
